I used The One for my myself (the Bride) and wedding party of 8. The team was amazing. They set me up with a team (2 makeup and 2 hair) and scheduled out exactly when they would be taking each person. They were so detailed and thorough about the getting ready process it made me feel much more comfortable on my big day! What I loved about their work was that they made sure I stood out as the bride, but my girls looked beautiful as well with different hair styles and shades of makeup. Because their work is so consistent across artists, my pictures were fantastic and every bridesmaid emulated the look I was hoping for. I was sooo thankful for Nicole and her team on our wedding day. I had a fairly large amount of girls, moms and flower girls getting hair and makeup done and it ran flawlessly. Her attention to time and detail is amazing. All of our hair and makeup was perfect and lasted throughout the night! We had a few hiccups with our vendors the morning of our wedding and Nicole and her team were there to calm me down and keep me from having a meltdown all while staying on track with all my girls! My experience with Nikki and her girls was amazing! First of all they all traveled to my venue where I was getting ready which was so nice and convenient. Next was how organized they are. Nikki has the time line down to a tee. From the first to last girl, she had it all timed out perfectly so you are ready to go for pictures and all that fun stuff.  Lastly, they did amazing work. They did hair and makeup for me, my bridesmaids, and my mother, and we all looked fabulous. I’ve know Nikki for a while now and knew she did amazing work so I was perfectly OK with no trial run since I live in San Diego and let’s be honest… you have no free time while planning a wedding. I sent her ideas of what I wanted my “look” to be like and Nikki (make-up) and Lisa (hair) nailed it! I loved everything about my hair and make-up! I was fortunate enough to have Nikki Hawkins of "The One" Beauty Group do mine, my mother's, and 4 bridesmaids' makeup for my wedding day on June 16, 2012. Nicole was so incredibly kind and helpful. The moment I met her for my makeup trial I knew my face was in good hands! She knows what she is doing, is efficient, and very reassuring. Nicole is very skilled and talented.
